5.1 Licensing and Activation
Upon downloading and installing Wafer Marking Studio, users are provided with a 15-day free trial period.
To activate the full version, purchase a license from Barcodesoft. After the purchase, you will receive an email containing an Order ID. Enter this Order ID in the Licensing dialog to complete the activation and unlock the full features of Wafer Marking Studio.
5.2 Auto-Update
Wafer Marking Studio is regularly updated with bug fixes and feature enhancements. To update the software, navigate to the Help option in the drop-down menu and select Auto Update. Follow the prompts to download and install the latest version.
5.3 Log File Access
Log files are a valuable resource for troubleshooting issues with Wafer Marking Studio or its integration with your laser scriber.
To locate the log file, go to the Help drop-down menu and select Log. If technical assistance is required, attach the log file to an email and send it to our support team. We will respond promptly to address your concerns.
